Started noticing this Tuesday morning around 8 AM EST - Litecoin deposits that normally confirm in 15-20 minutes are now sitting in pending for 2+ hours across multiple crypto casinos. My usual

Specific question on MyStake's withdrawal process. After requesting a withdrawal, they send a confirmation email that you must click to authorize the cashout — this is a security step that's not common across most operators, MyStake is one of the few that does it. Mine arrived 3 hours and 11 minutes after I requested the withdrawal.

Is the 3-hour email delay typical? Looking at MyStake forum threads elsewhere, some folks say the email arrives within 5 minutes, some say 6+ hours. I'm wondering if the delay correlates with deposit size, account age, or just operational load.

Practical effect: my withdrawal didn't actually start processing until I clicked the link 3 hours later. Total time from request to BTC arrival was 4 hours 22 minutes, of which 3 hours was the email wait.

50 LTC deposit to test new sites took 2 hours 47 minutes to show up in my account balance.

Checked the Litecoin network explorer and mempool is backed up with over 8,000 unconfirmed transactions. Network hashrate dropped 18% since Monday, which explains the slower block times.

Sites Affected So Far

Confirmed delays at least 4 different crypto casinos - ranging from 2.5 to 4 hours for standard LTC deposits. One site's support told me they're waiting for 6 confirmations instead of their usual 3 due to the network instability.

Anyone else dealing with this? Wondering if I should switch to DOGE or USDT-TRC20 for faster deposits until this clears up.

Network congestion my ass. These casinos are using it as an excuse to hold deposits longer and earn interest on your funds. I've seen this pattern before - they'll claim "network issues" while their hot wallets are perfectly fine for withdrawals.

Switch to Vave - their LTC deposits were processing normally for me yesterday, took exactly 23 minutes for my

80 deposit.

This is exactly why I moved away from LTC six months ago. Bitcoin Cash has been rock solid - consistent 10-minute blocks, fees under $0.02, never had a deposit take longer than 25 minutes.

Made the switch after getting burned on a similar LTC congestion event last September. Was trying to catch a live blackjack promo that ended at midnight, deposit didn't clear until 2 AM and missed the whole thing. Now I keep BCH as my primary crypto for casino deposits.

The Litecoin network just isn't as reliable as people think, especially when mining profitability shifts and hashrate drops like you mentioned.

Tuesday was a disaster for me because of this exact issue. Had planned a big session at my regular crypto casino - wanted to deposit

,800 LTC to hit their VIP reload bonus before it expired at 11:59 PM. Sent the transaction at 9:15 PM thinking I had plenty of time.

Watched the pending status for three hours straight. Called support twice, they kept saying "network delays, nothing we can do." The bonus expired while my deposit was still confirming. Finally cleared at 1:23 AM Wednesday, but by then the promo was dead.

Ended up switching to Bitstarz for the rest of the week - their USDT-TRC20 deposits were clearing in under 5 minutes consistently. Lost out on about

40 in bonus value because of the LTC delays, but learned my lesson about backup payment methods.

Now I keep multiple cryptos funded specifically to avoid this situation. The mining hashrate volatility on smaller networks like LTC is too unpredictable for time-sensitive deposits.

For us smaller players, these delays hurt even more. My $45 LTC deposit Tuesday night took 3 hours 12 minutes to clear. When you're only depositing small amounts, losing a whole evening's playing time because of network issues is brutal.

I've started keeping

0 worth of DOGE in my wallet specifically for backup deposits. Fees are practically nothing and it's never taken longer than 8 minutes to confirm.

The technical issue here is that LTC's difficulty adjustment algorithm reacts slowly to hashrate changes. When mining profitability drops and miners switch to other coins, block times can stretch significantly before the next difficulty adjustment kicks in.

Looking at the data, average block time increased from 2.5 minutes to 4.1 minutes over the past 48 hours. That directly impacts confirmation speed since most casinos wait for 3-6 confirmations depending on deposit size.

USDT-TRC20 on the Tron network has been the most reliable alternative - consistent 3-second block times and sub-

fees. Most crypto casinos support it now and you'll avoid these mining-related delays entirely.
